– 2,00,000 meals a day in the ‘Langar’ hall between 8 AM and 11 PM

– From a completely Manual Kitchen with high manpower requirement, the new design and development achieved the paradigm shift from Manual to Mechanical Systems with faster TAT (Turn Around Time)
– Our efficient designs created a better environment for Volunteers to work in

– A hybrid of Manual + Mechanical System was achieved, better hygiene, HACCP approved work-flow, right temperatures for storage and a better infrastructure for volunteers to work
