A Master of Business Administration with majors in Finance & Marketing. She started her career with HPG and has more than a decade of experience in complete facility design. She has been involved with working on projects for all major hotel chains like Marriott, Accor, Langham, ITC & TAJ. She specializes in designing, MEP and project coordination & is an integral part of the HPG Team.
Birender Kumar Singh
Birender is a Chemical Post Graduate who has more than 24 years of total experience in various fields including paint industry, teaching, IT and Hospitality. He has spent last 12 years of Hospitality in food service design, project execution and equipment development. He has excellent technical knowledge in kitchen design and food service equipments.

Vipul is a hospitality professional with over 25 years of experience. He has worked in all operational and administrative departments of a Hotel.
His experience of working with International Brands like Marriott and IHG provide him with the knowledge of brand operating standards. His tenure at Leela makes him well versed with the Luxury segment of hotel operations.
With this varied experience, Vipul is able to advise the investors on how to create the luxury quotient while managing costs.
A Professional Member of FCSI, Food Service Consultants Society International, after graduating from the Institute of Hotel Management, Bhopal, Rajat went on to do an M.B.A from I.M.I Delhi with majors in Finance and Operations, following up with a specialized course in Managing & Transforming professional Service Firms from the Harvard Business School.
Rajat founded HPG consulting in 1999, a specialized Food Service Design Consultancy based out of Dubai & India with projects across the S.A.A.R.C. Nations, Africa & Middle East, HPG has been associated with all prominent names of the industry like Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, Starwood, ACCOR, Rotana, IHG, Movenpick, Taj & Carlson since inception.
Rajat has recently launched his own chain of Restaurants in Delhi & has ventured into Adventure Resorts as well, with the first located in Himachal Pradesh. An adventure enthusiast, an avid mountain trekker (having scaled heights of more than 6000 meters) & a passionate rafter (having rafted across the Brahmaputra, one of the greatest rivers in the world), Rajat is someone who isn’t afraid to explore what daunts others & has an inherent conviction to delve into the unknown.
